Learn the art of making fresh ricotta ravioli!

Join Amy Wieber, chef and owner of Flaming Bag Catering, on Wednesday, October 9th from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM as she guides you in mastering the art of making fresh ravioli from scratch.

You will learn the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, how to sheet the dough, and how to cut it into ricotta-filled ravioli. We will review ingredients, tips & tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, and learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet. You will go home with fresh-made raviolis, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe.

Requirements:

  • Attendees must be a minimum of 16 years old.
  • Closed-toed shoes are required.
  • Proof of registration (Order Number or Confirmation Code) is required for participation.

  • Tickets must be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page.
  • Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored.
  • Refunds are granted if notified at least 72 hours in advance.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy during the workshop.
