For hunters and home cooks alike! Learn how to preserve meat with Master Preserver Ann Supa on Wednesday, October 21st from 5:30pm - 7:00pm at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen!

In this hands on workshop, we will discuss the various methods for safely preserving meat sourced from hunting, farm raised poultry, or a great sale at the grocery store.
